Whether your earthly father abandoned you emotionally, mentally, or physically, he left a wound on your heart. That father wound affects your relationships with yourself, others, and ultimately, God. You find it difficult to relate to your Heavenly Father because you question your ability to be loved and accepted, your value and your worth. Your relationships are overshadowed by uncertainty.
But you don’t have to live wounded as a fatherless daughter (Psalm 68:5 NLT).
Through Scripture-inspired life coaching, you can heal from your unhealthy father-daughter relationship, cultivate a healthy relationship with your Heavenly Father, and find freedom in your God-given identity.
This excerpt will remind you that you are God’s beloved daughter, and the journal prompts will help you reflect on your faith journey.
Without the foundation an earthly father is designed to provide, you’re on shaky ground. Sometimes you feel unloved, unaccepted, unknown, and unworthy. You’re stuck in patterns that keep you “safe” because you don’t believe you are worthy of love.
I’ll lead you through my simple framework. Notice I said “simple” not easy. There will be obstacles, but I know you’re up for the challenge!
When you work with me, we will dig deep to get to the root of what activates you when tensions mount.
As we work through your story, you will learn to realign your heart with steadfast confidence that keeps you moving forward.
Working together, you will establish a rhythm that keeps you grounded in your identity as God’s daughter.
As a woman abandoned by her earthly father, I am familiar with the struggles and tendencies you formed as a result of an absent father.
People-pleasing, overthinking, self-protecting, and other patterns exhausted me. Falling into bed at night, I wondered if any of it mattered… if I mattered. That wondering led me on an unforgettable journey with mountaintop highs and valley lows.
Along the way, I discovered life coaching, and what I learned about myself left me feeling exposed and vulnerable—in a good way. Part of embracing my identity as God’s daughter is helping other fatherless daughters.
I help women with father wounds heal and find freedom through Scripture-inspired life coaching so that they can shine their light—wherever they are!

We’ll begin with a conversation. This is your opportunity to tell me your story and for me to ask questions.
Together, we will define what is causing you the most inner turmoil and decide what you want instead.
During our virtual sessions, you will learn tools to heal your father wounds, trust God as Father, and find freedom in your identity as God’s daughter.
As a daughter with father wounds, you struggle with trusting God as Father and believing what He says about you. Loving yourself and other people is challenging when you believe the lies that you are unloved, unaccepted, unknown, and unworthy. I understand. I’ve lived it!
With compassion and gentleness, I’ll walk you through my ABC framework—Awaken, Break Free, Conquer—to embrace your true identity as God’s daughter. He is the Father who chose you, loves you, and will never leave you.
Working with me is an investment in you and in everyone you care about. When you live fulfilled, they get the overflow.
You don’t have to figure this out by yourself. Let’s journey together so that you can live confidently as God’s beloved daughter.
